Associate Software Enginer

Role Description The part-time hybrid role at BET T.E.I. is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site work and the option to work from home for certain tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the preparation and review of technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables related to engineering studies and consulting services. The role involves collaborating with project teams, contributing to data collection and analysis, and assisting in the organization of project files and administrative records. The individual will help ensure that project outputs meet quality standards, comply with relevant regulations, and are delivered within agreed timelines. Regular communication with internal stakeholders and clients will be required to coordinate tasks and maintain accurate project updates.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with civil or environmental engineering concepts, technical studies, and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and basic digital collaboration platforms.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid work setting.
• Relevant academic background in engineering, environmental studies, project management, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in an engineering consultancy or similar technical environment is a plus.
