Associate Staff Consultant (UX Designer - Urdu / Arabic-Right-To-Left, Fintech applications)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-8 years of professional UX Design experience.
• Proven experience designing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and problem-solving capabilities.
• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and design thinking principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to articulate design decisions using customer insights and business rationale.
• Experience working within Agile product teams.
• Bachelors degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Urdu language proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Experience designing digital wallets, fintech products, banking applications, or payment solutions (highly desirable).
• Experience designing multilingual experiences, particularly Urdu-language interfaces (highly desirable).
• Understanding of right-to-left (RTL) language design principles and localization best practices (highly desirable).
• Familiarity with customer research methods, usability testing, and analytics tools (highly desirable).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices (highly desirable).
• Experience working with established design systems (highly desirable).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process for mobile applications on iOS and Android, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Apply user-cantered design methodologies and design thinking principles to solve complex customer problems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders within Agile product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Articulate and defend design decisions using a combination of customer insights, usability findings, and business rationale.
• Design and optimize multilingual experiences, including Urdu-language interfaces, ensuring proper support for right-to-left (RTL) layout and localization best practices.
• Conduct or support customer research, usability testing, and analytics reviews to validate design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
• Apply accessibility standards and inclusive design practices to create equitable experiences for all users.
• Maintain and contribute to established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Adapt designs for fintech, digital wallet, banking, or payment solutions as needed, with a focus on trust, security, and usability.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
