Associate — Strategy & Growth
Bronto | Remote, US, EU or UK | Full-time
Bronto is building the future of observability with an intelligent, AI-native platform that gives teams access to 100x more of their data at sub-second speed. We're looking for an Associate to join our team.
As an associate, you will be a highly versatile, analytical contributor who helps Bronto identify, size, launch and scale new business opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Size and prioritise target market segments (e.g. AI-native SaaS, fintech, high-growth verticals) using revenue, telemetry volume, and current-solution criteria
- Track competitive landscape (e.g. Datadog, ClickHouse, Splunk) and adjust segment messaging as the market shifts
- Develop and refine account scoring/prioritisation frameworks as new segments and signals emerge
- Join key deals to provide market/competitive analysis that helps close them
- Research, recommend and present directly to leadership to inform GTM prioritisation
- Draft positioning and messaging for specific segments, channels, and named accounts — translating research into a one-pager or pitch angle a partner or prospect would actually read
What you'll need:
- Candidates must already have unrestricted authorisation to work in the country in which they will be employed. Bronto is unable to provide employment visa sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B sponsorship.
- This role involves international travel between the US and Europe. Candidates must be able to undertake this travel as required and maintain the necessary travel documents and permissions for entry and re-entry.
- 2-4 years of experience ideally in private equity, though we’ll consider strong candidates from venture capital or management consulting
- Demonstrated track record of independently structuring ambiguous market or commercial problems — for example, building a segmentation framework, market sizing model, or account prioritisation methodology — with minimal oversight
- Comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment with very fast iteration cycles
- Strong business modelling, scenario building and forecasting skills
- Strong written communication - able to turn research into a sharp, persuasive one-pager or pitch-deck
This is a high-visibility role with outsized scope for the level. Joining at this stage of Bronto's growth offers significant career upside for the right candidate.
