Here, you’ll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.

About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

In this Associate Sustainability Manager role you will support the execution of Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) sustainability strategy in North America by leveraging data and insights to create tools to support cross‑functional team collaboration to embed sustainability into products, commercialization, and customer value propositions. You’ll play an important part in ensuring compliance with legal reporting requirements, and making sustainability data clear and accessible for customers in collaboration with sales teams.

You’ll own execution and upkeep of assigned sustainability tools, trackers, and reporting assets and day‑to‑day delivery of sustainability support requests from internal teams and/or customers. Alongside your team, you’ll collaborate with Category Managers, R&D, Customer Marketing, Corporate Sustainability, and Legal team members to integrate sustainability into go‑to‑market activities.

In this role, you will:

  • Gather, validate, analyze, and leverage sustainability and business data to support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements and customer requests, including questionnaires, product impact summaries, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update sustainability KPI tracking tools and dashboards to enable accurate internal reporting and progress visibility
  • Support development and maintenance of customer-facing sustainability tools and content across channels and priority segments to ensure consistent messaging and execution
  • Support development of sustainability business cases and project plans by contributing basic financial and value analysis
  • Apply continuous improvement discipline to standard work, tools, and processes that enable sustainability execution

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, product development, product management, project management, sustainability, compliance, or another related business function.
  • Experience working across functions to execute product, commercialization, portfolio, reporting, or other business initiatives.
  • Experience working with complex data and reporting requirements, including gathering, validating, analyzing, and translating information into accurate reports, documentation, or business outputs.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, workstreams, data inputs, and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and influencing skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical outputs.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into action plans, maintain execution discipline, and apply data-driven learning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, sustainability, product stewardship, environmental, or other externally required reporting.
  • Knowledge of sustainability trends, regulations, reporting requirements, and/or evolving customer expectations.
  • Experience in a B2B environment, with sales or commercial experience preferred.
  • MBA or Master's degree.

Led by Purpose. Driven by You.
