Should know EDI protocol for messaging and worked with API based Integration (REST or SOAP) Experience in WebMethods Application Development, including web service development, publish/subscribe model in Universal Messaging, EDI, XML,JSON, and Flat File translation, Error and Exception Handling. Working Knowledge of MS SQL Server, and/or Oracle relational databases configuration. Working Knowledge on JDBC Adapter, SAP Adapter. Working knowledge on MWS. Working knowledge on Designer. Hands on experience in JMS publish subscribe request response using webMethods Support Provide problem analysis and troubleshooting of WebMethods issues. Knowledge about Splunk logging, building Splunk query to troubleshoot production issues. Basic knowledge on webMethods Admin activities Having working experience of Jira and other tools. Have worked and followed exhaustive coding and design standards in webMethods. Good understanding of web integration principles, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), middleware. Good Communication Good troubleshooting skills to identify issues and to provide RCA to customer for critical issues Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL processes Basic knowledge on Unix commands
