This includes entities such as vendors, brokers, sellers and agents. CLS can face a wide range of operational and compliance risks through engaging in Third Party relationships. To manage these risks, the Third Party Management (TPM) discipline is employed for the procurement of, and management of risks, relating to services provided to CLS by Third Parties. CLS’s Third Party Management Office (TPMO) team is the operational function involved in the end to end process of Third Party Management and is responsible for maintaining controls; systems; documentation; governance and reporting. CLS have established an improved TPM process in order to respond to, and adhere to, new and existing regulatory guidelines and initiatives enabling CLS to effectively assess and manage the risk introduced by engaging with third parties during the course of executing business activities. The selected Analyst will provide operational support within the TPM process. What you will be doing: Complete Third Party Management activities, such as completing risk assessments and due diligence activities in line with the TPM Policy and Procedure Act as a liaison between various stakeholders within the business, gathering and interpreting complex information Assess, challenge and provide feedback on the information received from the business stakeholders Identify service and vendor risk through remediation and communicate mitigation/remediation activities Build effective working relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers Provide guidance on the Third Party Management process and governance requirements Ensure all approvals, escalations, and reporting is conducted as required Provide support in the implementation and execution of updates to the TPM Policy, Procedures and other documents Support the development of mitigation plans and track actions through to completion, ensuring risk decisions are appropriately documented. Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good interpersonal skills to engage with large number of stakeholders Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Third Party Management experience is required; familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, Business Continuity concepts is desirable.
