We’re on the lookout for a Manager to join our Assurance and Advisory Services , specializing in supporting Health Professionals . If you love solving complex problems, building lasting relationships, and making tax and accounting feel a little less intimidating (and maybe even fun!), this might be the perfect fit. As a Manager in our Health Professional Team, you’ll be the go-to advisor for local doctors, dentists, and other health pros—helping them navigate their unique financial journeys. From compensation planning to tax strategy, you’ll be working in a high-touch, client-centric environment where your insights truly matter. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading the charge on client engagements—scheduling, reviewing, and delivering top-notch service. Mentoring and developing our amazing team—because we grow stronger together. Being the trusted advisor and main point of contact for your clients. Offering strategic advice that helps our clients achieve their personal and professional goals. What You Bring to the Table: 3+ years of experience managing client relationships and engagements in a public accounting firm. A CPA designation and a solid grasp of Canadian accounting and tax standards. A passion for working with health professionals and understanding their unique needs. Stellar communication skills and a collaborative spirit. A growth mindset—you’re always looking to learn and help others do the same. Why Health Professionals?
