This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and has a passion for improving team productivity and operational efficiency through modern collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise roadmap planning and governance through effective tool configuration and reporting.
  • Integrate Atlassian products with third-party platforms using APIs and connectors where required.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of Jira and Confluence capabilities.
  • Create and maintain platform documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Maintain platform security, compliance, access controls, and audit requirements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions.
  • Participate in platform strategy discussions and contribute to long-term Atlassian roadmap development.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate proven experience administering and engineering Atlassian platforms, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Apply strong knowledge of Jira workflows, permissions, schemes, screen configurations, and automation capabilities.
  • Bring experience with Jira Service Management and Agile project structures.
  • Understand Atlassian integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, and Marketplace applications.
  • Demonstrate experience delivering platform enhancements within large enterprise environments.
  • Apply strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Support Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or DevOps methodologies in technology environments.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong documentation and knowledge-management skills.
  • Understand identity and access management principles.
  • Bring experience working within regulated and complex environments.
  • Hold Atlassian certifications such as ACP, Atlassian Administration, or equivalent, desirable.
  • Apply scripting and automation tools such as Groovy, ScriptRunner, PowerShell, or Python, desirable.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cloud migration projects and Atlassian Cloud administration, desirable.
  • Bring experience implementing enterprise governance and reporting frameworks, desirable.
  • Demonstrate exposure to CI/CD tooling and software development lifecycle processes, desirable.
  • Bring financial services or highly regulated industry experience, desirable.
