The firm advises clients across litigation, employment, and transactional matters , combining legal expertise with practical business judgment. This opportunity offers sophisticated legal work, direct client interaction, meaningful responsibility, and long-term career growth within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Lead litigation matters from inception through resolution with support from experienced attorneys and mentors. Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery . Take and defend depositions and appear in court. Represent clients in mediations and complex negotiations . Advise business clients on risk, compliance, and strategy . Draft, structure, and negotiate contracts and transactions . Support entity formation, governance, and business operations . Work directly with clients as a trusted legal advisor . Qualifications Active California Bar license . 4+ years of litigation experience . Strong legal writing, analytical, and courtroom skills . Ability to manage cases independently .
