Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Lawyer to provide legal counsel and support on a contract basis. The role involves advising on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, drafting legal documents, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on legal implications of business decisions and operations.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.

• Provide guidance on corporate governance, risk management, and ethical practices.

• Represent the organization in legal proceedings or negotiations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.

• Experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, or regulatory compliance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations accurately.
