Job Description Setup and Location: WFH or Hybrid (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga or Cebu) Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST Time) | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time) Employment Type: Full-time Ready to do work that actually excites you? Whether you’re an experienced Intermediate ready to step up, or a Senior looking for a more meaningful role in preparation to be a Tax Manager, this position offers real ownership, strong support, and a clear pathway forward. What You’ll Do Prepare and finalize financial statements and tax returns for trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals with minimal revisions. Manage tax compliance for investment vehicles, including shareholdings, managed funds, and capital gains tax calculations. Reconcile accounting profit to taxable income, identifying and resolving discrepancies efficiently. Calculate Division 7A loan repayments and draft trust distribution plans based on historical tax and accounting data. Utilize pre-commencement tools and worksheets to plan workflows and prioritize tasks effectively. Ensure all deliverables comply with AU tax laws, audit requirements, and client-specific guidelines. Maintain clear documentation and records to support financial decisions and audit readiness. Follows workflow processes, job stages, documentation requirements, and internal procedures Delivers high quality, review-ready work with minimal rework Escalates issues early and communicates job progress consistently Participates in continuous improvement, training, and building technical capability Requirements What You Bring Bachelor of Accounting (or equivalent) CA/CPA (completed or in progress is advantageous) 2–5 years’ experience (Intermediate) or 5+ years’ experience (Senior) in Australian public practice Strong understanding of tax and compliance requirements Experience with accounting software (XERO, XPM, FYI or similar) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Confident communication skills and ability to work directly with clients Benefits Why You’ll Love Working Here HMO, Dental, and Life Insurance for you and one free dependent from day one (with the option to enroll additional dependents) Paid Leaves: Birthday, Vacation, Medical, and Maternity (up to 6 Vacation Leaves are convertible to cash on your anniversary) Employee Engagement Activities: Year-End Party, Family Day, Team Building, and more!
