TV Rain (Dozhd) is looking for a Head of Audience Revenue / Individual Giving to turn the support of our audience of 20 million monthly unique users into a sustainable source of funding for independent journalism.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of growing recurring revenue from large audiences — someone who combines analytical and product thinking with strong storytelling skills and knows how to turn ideas into action.

Fully remote, full-time role, reporting directly to the CEO.
