Audio Data QA Analyst — Remote, Full-Time

The Role

We are hiring full-time freelance Audio Data QA Analysts to review and analyse incoming call audio files. You will be the quality gate between raw recordings and the datasets we deliver to clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Listen to and evaluate recorded call audio against our quality rubric
• Assign accurate quality ratings and flag files that don't meet our standards
• Basic metadata (e.g., language/dialect labeling) where applicable
• Meet a defined daily task quota with consistent accuracy
• Handle all audio in strict accordance with our confidentiality and data-protection policies

What This Job Is — and Isn't

This is a professional, structured, production role.

• Fixed schedule. You will work a set 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, at hours agreed upon at hiring, with the option to work overtime. Start and end times are fixed and not negotiable after hiring.
• Daily quota. Output is measured. You'll be expected to meet a clear daily task quota while maintaining review accuracy.
• Reliability is the job. Attendance, punctuality, and consistency are the core requirements. Repeated unexplained absences or missed quotas are not compatible with this role.

• A quiet, private workspace suitable for detailed audio review
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer with quality headphones
• Strong attention to detail and the discipline to apply a rubric consistently across hundreds of files
• Working proficiency in English (our internal tools, rubrics, and team communication are in English)
• Ability to handle sensitive audio content professionally and confidentially (NDA required)
• Ability to keep up with a fast-paced work flow
