As an Audiological Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional audiological and product support to both customers and internal stakeholders. Acting as a trusted expert, you will help ensure that hearing care professionals and end users receive accurate technical guidance, product expertise, and timely support across multiple channels.

More about the role
- Provide first-line audiological and product support to B2B customers, consumers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct hearing solution programming, technical troubleshooting, and respond to product-related inquiries.
- Support translation and validation of audiological content related to product launches, training materials, and B2B/B2C communications.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Support teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Support operational coordination activities, local product launches, and customer support initiatives as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
More about you
- Certified Audiologist with clinical audiology experience and strong technical knowledge of hearing care solutions.
- Fluent in Norwegian with strong written and spoken English skills.
- Experience in customer support, technical support, sales support, or a customer-facing healthcare environment.
- Strong product and troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
- Structured, proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of effectively managing multiple priorities.
- A positive, collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Dine viktigste arbeidsoppgaver vil være å:
- Levere førstelinje audiologisk support og produktstøtte til B2B-kunder, sluttbrukere og interne samarbeidspartnere via telefon, e-post og andre kommunikasjonskanaler.
- Programmere høreapparater, utføre teknisk feilsøking og besvare produktrelaterte spørsmål.
- Bidra til oversettelse og kvalitetssikring av audiologisk innhold knyttet til produktlanseringer og kommunikasjon rettet mot B2B- og B2C-markedet.
- Samarbeide tett med salg, marked, kundeservice og support for å sikre en helhetlig og god kundeopplevelse.
- Bidra med operativ koordinering, lokale produktlanseringer og kundestøtteaktiviteter ved behov.
- Bidra til kontinuerlig forbedring og samtidig sikre at arbeidet utføres i samsvar med selskapets retningslinjer, prosesser og kvalitetskrav.
Vi ser etter deg som
- Er autorisert audiograf med grunnleggende klinisk erfaring og teknisk kunnskap om hørselsteknologiske løsninger.
- Behersker norsk flytende og har gode skriftlige og muntlige engelskkunnskaper.
- Har erfaring fra kundeservice, teknisk support, salgsstøtte eller et kundeorientert helsefaglig miljø.
- Har grunnleggende ferdigheter innen teknisk feilsøking og evne til å formidle kompleks teknisk informasjon på en tydelig og forståelig måte.
- Er proaktiv og løsningsorientert, tør å tenke nytt og ser endringer som en mulighet til å utvikle og forbedre måten vi jobber på. Samtidig arbeider du strukturert og håndterer flere oppgaver på en god måte.
- Er positiv og en god lagspiller, med gode mellommenneskelige ferdigheter og et sterkt engasjement for god kundeservice.
Det er et pluss, men ikke et krav, om du har
- Mastergrad innen audiologi, pedagogikk eller et annet relevant fagområde.
- Kjennskap til CRM-systemer og SAP.
- Erfaring med administrative ordreprosesser og hørselsteknologiske produkter og systemer.
