Audiovisual & AI Content Specialist

At GFT’s Digital Innovation Lab, we turn cutting‑edge technology into real, tangible experiences that inspire clients, partners and internal teams worldwide. We are looking for an Audiovisual & AI Content Specialist who combines strong audiovisual expertise with hands‑on experience in generative AI, to help us scale our innovation storytelling from local initiatives to a global impact.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Create audiovisual content from the Lab's technological developments and from other technology units.
• Strategically transform technology and business insights into compelling, audience-oriented narratives and visual content pieces.
• Lead the transition of our audiovisual content toward interactive and agentic formats to increase reach and efficiency.
• Scale our innovation communication from local to global, in collaboration with the Marketing and Business Development units.
• Systematize event coverage to reinforce our positioning and image as innovation partners.
• Redesign and scale communication initiatives by embedding generative and agentic AI into the creative flow.

What we are looking for:

Experience & skills

• Solid professional experience in audiovisual production (video creation, visual storytelling, editing, digital formats).
• Practical, autonomous use of generative AI tools applied to content (video, image, audio, assistants, creative automation).
• Ability to translate complex technological concepts into clear, engaging and business‑oriented content.

Languages

• Fluent professional level of Spanish and English (mandatory).

Mindset

• Experimental mindset, eager to test, iterate and scale new formats and ideas.

• Genuine curiosity for the technology sector. You don’t need a tech background, but you do need a real desire to dive into it.
• Ability to work with agility and autonomy in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment. The Lab evolves quickly, and people who thrive here feel energized by change.
