Your role at Hostinger Join the Content team as a Content Experience Specialist. You'll own the CRO roadmap for our blog and tutorials, improve user experience, run experiments, and use data to increase conversions. Curious to learn more? Connect with your future manager: Vakare Simanaitytė, Head of Content. Your day-to-day Own the CRO roadmap for blog and tutorials. Identify and prioritize conversion opportunities. Improve layouts, CTAs, page structure, and conversion copy. Run A/B and multivariate tests. Analyze test results and document learnings. Roll out successful experiments. Work with the Head of Content on roadmap priorities. Your skills and experience 3+ years of experience in CRO or UX. Experience working with long-form content. Strong UX and analytical skills. Ability to write or guide conversion-focused copy. Strong prioritization skills. Nice to have: experience in SEO, SaaS, web hosting, or HTML/CSS.
