Role Overview

GreenGrowth CPAs is building a network of experienced Audit Contractors available to support audit engagements on a temporary, hourly basis. Engagement opportunities may vary throughout the year based on client needs, project requirements, and seasonal workload demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing audit strategies and engagement plans.

• Support the planning and execution of audit engagements.

• Monitor budgets in conjunction with Audit Managers.

• Collaborate with audit teams and assist in supervising staff as needed.

• Support the integration of offshore and remote resources.

• Assist with data analysis and audit automation initiatives.

• Contribute to proposals and special projects when requested.

• Adapt effectively to a remote and fast-paced work environment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting or equivalent audit experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Accounting or related field.

• Experience with local, regional, or Big 4 accounting firms.

• Experience with US GAAP and SEC reporting.

• Experience working with multinational organizations.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently across multiple assignments in a virtual environment.

Contractor Terms

• This position is temporary and project-based.

• Contractors will be engaged on an hourly basis.

• Work availability will vary based on client demand and seasonal workload.

• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and statutory obligations.

• No employee benefits will be provided
