Role Requirements & Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Required)
• Experience Required: 4+ years of experience in external audit (Big Four or mid-tier firm experience preferred).

Language Proficiency: Advanced English (fluent professional, written and spoken).

• Work Model: Hybrid (mix of remote work and on-site client/office visits).

As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client finance and accounting teams, facilitating efficient data gathering and resolving audit inquiries.
• Communicate complex technical accounting issues clearly in both Spanish and English to both internal management and client executives
• Experience managing a team
