Auditor – Regenerative Luxury Hospitality (Europe)

As our European operations continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Auditor – Regenerative Luxury Hospitality to join our international certification team.

Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position for professionals based in Europe. The successful candidate will evaluate boutique hotels, luxury retreats, and hospitality projects seeking REGENERA LUXURY certification.

The role involves conducting desk audits, reviewing operational documentation, assessing compliance with certification standards, preparing audit reports, and working closely with hospitality professionals throughout the certification process. Occasional travel within Europe may be required for selected audit assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct certification audits and technical assessments.
• Review operational documentation, policies, procedures, and supporting evidence.
• Evaluate compliance with REGENERA LUXURY certification standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate certification records.
• Collaborate with hotels, consultants, and certification managers.
• Support continuous improvement of certification methodologies.
• Participate in auditor training, calibration sessions, and internal meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in hospitality operations, hotel quality management, sustainability, ESG, auditing, compliance, or consulting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills.
• Professional proficiency in English. Additional European languages are an advantage.
• Experience with hotel certifications, quality systems, or sustainability standards is preferred.
• Ability to work independently within an international remote team.
