Role Description The Austria Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in Austria. The franchise partner will manage the local online language school operations, including developing market strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, and building relationships with individual and corporate clients. Daily activities include conducting market research, coordinating with the Global Franchise Support Team, managing the local website and CRM, and ensuring high-quality delivery of language and training services through the global teacher network. The partner will recruit and oversee local staff as needed, monitor performance metrics, and adapt offerings to meet the needs of learners and businesses in Austria. This role is suitable for individuals or entities with an entrepreneurial mindset, prepared to drive business development while leveraging Lingua Learn’s established systems and brand.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including client-facing interaction and stakeholder management.
- Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities and track performance.
- Writing skills for local marketing content, proposals, and business correspondence.
- Training experience, particularly in education, language instruction, or corporate learning environments.
- Proven entrepreneurial or business development experience, preferably in education, training, or service sectors.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in German and strong English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of the Austrian education or corporate training market is a plus.
