Role Description The Austria Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote contract role focused on establishing and managing Lingua Learn’s virtual language school presence in Austria. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting Lingua Learn’s online language courses, building relationships with individual and corporate clients, and overseeing local marketing and outreach activities. The partner will coordinate and manage training delivery schedules, monitor learner experience and feedback, and ensure that local operations align with Lingua Learn’s quality standards and brand guidelines. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new growth opportunities, and collaborating with the central Lingua Learn team for ongoing support, product updates, and strategic planning. This position is suitable for individuals or organizations interested in developing a scalable education business in the Austrian market.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage with diverse clients and present services clearly.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Candidates should possess effective Writing and Training skills to support local marketing content and coordinate learner and staff development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in business development, sales, or franchise management strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the Austrian market and proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Comfort with remote work, digital tools, and online learning platforms, with the ability to self-manage and meet agreed performance targets.
• Background in education, language training, or related service industries is beneficial.
