Day-to-day responsibilities Develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks and libraries Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts (UI, API, integration, performance) Create and maintain test data, environments, and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing Analyse test results, identify root causes, and work with developers to triage and resolve defects Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency through metrics and tooling Stay current with industry trends and tools; evaluate and recommend new automation technologies Who are we looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript) and experience with at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium) Solid experience with API testing (RESTful/SOAP) and tools (Postman, REST Assured, Newman, etc.) Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and version control (Git) Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks, data-driven testing, and test utilities Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Perks & Benefits At Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
