Automation & Systems Integration Specialist — Freelance / Remote
Analista SEOAt Analista SEO, we are supporting an Australian client in the search for an experienced Automation & Systems Integration Specialist to collaborate on a freelance basis across a range of automation, systems integration, and practical AI projects.
We are looking for someone with strong technical experience, a high level of autonomy, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to understand business processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and participate directly in client conversations in English.
This is a 100% remote opportunity. Availability during Australian business hours, particularly for client meetings and project coordination, is highly valued.

- Design and implement workflow and business process automations across multiple platforms.
- Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, and other integration technologies.
- Build and maintain automations using tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, and Power Automate.
- Develop integrations between CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
- Implement practical AI-powered solutions where relevant to the project.
- Join client meetings to understand technical and operational requirements.
- Translate business needs into practical and scalable technical solutions.
- Manage technical discussions directly with clients and explain solutions clearly.
- Document integrations, workflows, and technical configurations when required.
- Work independently while coordinating effectively across client projects in Australia.
- Proven experience in business process automation, systems integration, or workflow development.
- Strong experience working with APIs and webhooks.
- Hands-on experience with one or more automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience integrating CRM, ERP, or other business systems.
- Ability to analyse business processes and recommend effective automation solutions.
- Familiarity with AI tools and practical AI applications for business processes.
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Confidence joining client meetings in English and managing technical conversations directly.
- Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage project-based work effectively.
- Availability to coordinate meetings or specific work activities during Australian business hours.
- Availability to work as a freelancer / independent contractor.
Previous experience working with international clients or complex multi-system integrations will be highly valued.
100% remote.
