Automation & Systems Specialist Automation & Systems Specialist | Remote | Full-Time We’re hiring an Automation & Systems Specialist to help scale the Coaching department at Profitable Tradie. This is not an admin role. We’re looking for someone who loves systems, automation, AI, problem-solving, and making businesses run better behind the scenes. This role has a strong HubSpot focus and is ideal for someone who enjoys building workflows, improving operations, creating automations, and making everything connect properly. You’ll work closely with our Coaching team to improve onboarding, accountability, communication, reporting, and operational efficiency across the department. If you enjoy connecting tools, building smarter systems, testing AI workflows, and solving operational problems, you’ll probably love this role. What You’ll Be Doing • Managing and improving HubSpot workflows, automations, and systems • Building and optimizing pipelines, sequences, forms, dashboards, and reporting • Improving onboarding, accountability, and member communication workflows • Streamlining operational processes across the Coaching department • Building automations that reduce manual admin work • Supporting integrations between HubSpot and other platforms • Maintaining accurate reporting and operational visibility • Troubleshooting tech and workflow issues • Testing AI tools and smarter ways of operating Tools & Platforms We’d Love Experience With • HubSpot • Make.com • Zapier • N8N • Bubble.io • Airtable • AI tools and workflow automation What We’re Looking For • Strong HubSpot experience is highly preferred • Someone who enjoys building and improving systems • A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools • Strong attention to detail and operational thinking • Comfortable working remotely and independently • Experience with automation tools or integrations is a big plus About Us At Profitable Tradie, we help trade business owners increase profit, regain time, and build businesses that don’t rely on them every minute of the day.
