Spasimir Arskov is looking for a new team member.

As the Automation Lead, you are responsible for driving IT automation initiatives across the A1 Group. Your focus is on identifying automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. You ensure the efficient implementation and stable operation of these automations, working closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs. By overseeing the full automation lifecycle, you will contribute to reducing process exceptions, enhancing productivity, and fostering innovation within the organization.

Your daily routine would include:

• Lead a team of developers, operations engineers, and process experts to design and implement scalable automation solutions within the IT Tools & Automation DC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needs.
• Lead process discovery to identify automation opportunities, optimize workflows, and reduce inefficiencies.
• Ensure stakeholder requests are resolved promptly and according to SLAs, while improving user knowledge to minimize exceptions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, applying them to enhance automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

What makes you unique:

• Proven experience in implementing automation solutions, driving operational efficiency, and managing full automation project lifecycles.
• Strong expertise in process discovery, optimization, and automation technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with a forward-thinking approach to emerging trends.
• Willingness to identify and solve conflicts, while at the same time proactively looking for improvement in our cross-organizational value chains.
• Desire for constant learning, not only on technical skills but especially on personal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, customer- and result-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of any A1 Group language is an asset.
• Willingness to frequently travel within A1 Group’s footprint.
