Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Quality Engineering, test automation framework development, and CI/CD integration, along with proven experience leading automation teams and providing QA consulting.

Key Requirements (Must-Have Skills):

1. Quality Engineering: Strong understanding of Quality Engineering and automation principles, with the ability to collaborate independently with Product Owners, development teams, and Scrum teams to gather requirements and define a comprehensive QA roadmap.
2. Test Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript, or other automation tools such as Selenium and Cypress. Candidates with experience in any programming language (TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python) are welcome, provided they are willing to learn Playwright if required.
3. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize QA activities, resolve blockers, provide regular progress updates to the client manager, and maintain appropriate QA documentation and artifacts.
4. CI/CD Integration: Practical experience setting up, executing, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
5. Automation Frameworks: Hands-on experience designing and implementing keyword-driven, data-driven, hybrid, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks.
6. Independent Delivery and Mentoring: Ability to work independently, take ownership of QA deliverables, contribute from day one, and mentor team members to achieve quality objectives.
7. Team Leadership and QA Consulting: Proven experience leading automation teams, providing QA consulting, and driving automation initiatives.

Must have: Strong hands-on automation experience, Playwright knowledge, framework development expertise, and automation team leadership experience.
