Join our international team as an Automotive Technical Help Desk Engineer and support technicians and repairers across Europe in solving complex vehicle concerns. What You'll Do

• Provide technical assistance and diagnostic guidance to authorized repairers and independent workshops.
• Support the investigation of complex vehicle concerns and root cause analysis.
• Assist technicians throughout the repair process.
• Document technical cases and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate field support activities when required.
• Collaborate with engineers, technical teams and dealership personnel.
• Escalate cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up.
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies through ongoing training.

We're looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of experience in automotive diagnostics, technical support or dealership workshop environments.
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Experience using automotive diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of EV and Hybrid vehicles is highly desirable.
• Technical qualification in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
