Automotive Reconditioning Arbitrator

The Vehicle Reconditioning Arbitrator plays a critical role in maintaining fleet quality standards and ensuring consistent, fair decision-making related to vehicle damage assessments and reconditioning costs. In this field-based role, you will serve as the subject matter expert in resolving disputes between branches, customers, and third-party vendors while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
