Automotive Warranty & Homologation Support

With this job ad we are pre-searching interested candidates for a Premium Brand, where we expect the first hires in Q4-2026. As an Automotive Warranty & Homologation Support , you will be the key contact between dealers and the manufacturer in case of product-related errors and in contributing to find the solution. You will support authorized repairers (both in written and verbal form) in diagnosing and repairing vehicles using the manufacturer’s systems and database. In this role you will also support warranty claim management, including PDI related claims. We are looking for automotive technical experts with good customer service and communication skills. As part of the role, the Warranty & Homologation Support will: Provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues and support the dealer network with quick solution finding of technical product issues and warranty assessment. Work closely with the technicians of the respective workshops and dealerships and support with repair instructions via specified communication channels. With your practical workshop experience, you will not only support the development of solutions for the entire product range, but also act as an interface between the manufacturer and the dealers. We are looking forward to get in touch with all types of profiles, juniors, mediors and seniors to get a healthy mix. Proven automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop or at a manufacturer (Aftersales retail experience is an advantage) Confident in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures Native Dutch, French or Bi-lingual and at professional English level Very good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail Personal qualities of integrity, credibility with high-level of organizational and time management skills Strong business acumen and customer focus Homologation experience would be a hugh plus EU citizenship / European passport is needed What we offer: Buidling on your expertise in a complete new team direct for a Premium Brand where we are looking forward to building a large new team.
