Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Execution
- Drive ARR Growth: Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the assigned CCaaS enterprise territory.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and scale a team of senior Enterprise Account Executives, establishing clear performance expectations and high-accountability sales operating cadences.

2. Territory & Pipeline Strategy
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) plans, targeting high-growth verticals (Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Tech, BPO).
- Cross-Functional Partner Alignment: Partner with System Integrators (SIs), Channel Partners, Master Agents/TSBs, and technology ecosystem partners (e.g., CRM vendors, AI providers) to expand lead flow and co-sell opportunities.
- Pipeline Governance: Ensure rigorous pipeline generation, accurate forecasting via CRM (Salesforce), and adherence to proven enterprise sales frameworks (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
3. Solution Alignment & Customer Transformation
- Consultative CX Positioning: Guide enterprise clients through digital transformation journeys—transitioning legacy on-premise contact centers to scalable cloud and AI-first solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, expansion, and long-term customer retention.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 5+ years of direct experience selling CCaaS, CX, UCaaS, or AI/Omnichannel Contact Center solutions.
- Leadership Track Record: 3+ years of direct people management experience leading enterprise field sales teams carrying eight-figure quotas.
- Deal Complexity: Proven track record of personally closing and guiding teams through $500k+ ACV and multi-million-dollar TCV enterprise software transactions.
