We are seeking a Training Lead to support training strategy and delivery for the Deposit Services team. Reporting to the AVP of Deposit Services, the Training Lead will manage the Training Facilitator and help facilitate, develop, and maintain the training structure for Deposit Services. This role will partner closely with Deposit Services leaders and key stakeholders to identify training gaps, recommend solutions, and support ongoing learning needs. The Training Lead will also assist with facilitating large department training sessions related to process changes, system updates, new procedures, and ongoing development opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, coach, and provide day-to-day support to the Training Facilitator
- Help design, maintain, and improve the Deposit Services training structure, including new hire, ongoing, and change-related training
- Facilitate and support delivery of training programs for Deposit Services employees and broader department audiences, as needed
- Partner closely with Deposit Services leaders and key stakeholders to identify training gaps, recommend solutions, and support implementation
- Evaluate and modify existing or proposed training programs; suggest and implement suitable changes to improve effectiveness and consistency
- Create, draft, update, and/or acquire training materials, job aids, and resources to support department learning needs
- Coordinate logistics for training delivery, including scheduling, training rooms, audiovisual equipment, materials, and attendee communication
- Perform other related duties, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years of banking experience
- Experience training, coaching, or developing others in a banking or operations environment
- Experience developing or supporting training materials, job aids, procedures, or structured learning plans
- Strong understanding of Deposit Services processes, procedures, systems, and/or compliance requirements preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
- Ability to design, implement, and facilitate effective training for individuals and large groups
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $94,500 - $114,350. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
