Qualifications
- Proven experience working with AWS Cloud Services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and other core services.
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning and management.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab.
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated ability to automate tasks and scripting skills using languages such as Bash, Python, or similar.
- Knowledge of DevOps best practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and monitoring.
- Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer are advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Design, develop, and implement cloud-native solutions within AWS to meet business requirements and ensure security, scalability, and reliability.
- Create and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ensuring repeatability and version control of cloud resources.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines with GitLab to streamline deployment processes.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve platform reliability, operational efficiency, and security posture.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders within an Agile environment to deliver continuous improvements.
- Champion DevOps best practices, including monitoring, logging, and incident response strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, system testing, and documentation to uphold quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends, applying innovative solutions to ongoing projects.
