We are looking for an experienced Axway Integration Developer / Engineer to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise API, B2B, and Managed File Transfer (MFT) integrations.
Roles & Responsibilities
API Integration & Development
- Design, develop, and deploy API integrations using the Axway AMPLIFY platform.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Axway API Gateway, API Manager, SecureTransport, and B2Bi.
- Design scalable and reliable integration solutions for internal applications and external business partners.
- Configure API routing, policies, transformations, authentication, authorization, and throttling.
- Create, maintain, and document Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
- Troubleshoot API and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
API Management
- Configure and manage API lifecycle, policies, routing, mediation, and traffic management.
- Implement API throttling, rate limiting, access control, and security policies.
- Support API onboarding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Ensure APIs follow enterprise integration and API management standards.
Security
- Implement security controls for APIs, B2B integrations, and data transfers.
- Configure and manage OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, and mutual TLS (mTLS).
- Implement threat protection and security policies within the Axway ecosystem.
- Apply encryption and secure communication practices for data in transit.
- Work closely with security teams to ensure integrations comply with organizational security standards.
B2B & Managed File Transfer
- Configure and manage Axway B2Bi and SecureTransport/MFT solutions.
- Set up and maintain trading partner profiles and partner-specific configurations.
- Configure communication protocols including:
- AS2
- SFTP
- FTPS
- HTTPS
- Develop and maintain message mappings and transformations for EDI, XML, and JSON.
- Support trading partner onboarding, certification, testing, and production deployment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot B2B transactions and file-transfer workflows.
Operations & Support
- Monitor API, B2B, and MFT integrations and resolve production issues.
- Perform incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
- Support deployments across development, test, and production environments.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and integration standards.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, DevOps, and business teams.
Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, API management, B2B integration, or MFT.
- Hands-on experience with Axway AMPLIFY and its core components.
- Strong experience with: Axway API Gateway, Axway API Manager, Axway SecureTransport, Axway B2Bi
- Strong knowledge of API design, development, management, and security.
- Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Hands-on experience with API security technologies such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and mTLS.
- Strong understanding of B2B communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS.
- Experience working with EDI, XML, and JSON data formats.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in enterprise production environments.
