One Identity Manager Engineer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Your Profile & DNA:

We’re looking for an experienced One Identity Manager Engineer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), One Identity Manager customization, integrations, and solution implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using One Identity products.
• Configure and customize One Identity Manager based on business requirements.
• Work with the One Identity data model and develop custom solutions.
• Build and maintain One Identity connectors and integrations.
• Work with One Identity APIs for integration and automation.
• Gather requirements, engage with clients, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and production support.
• Ensure solutions follow IAM security and industry best practices.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 9+ years of experience in One Identity Manager or similar IAM engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access control.
• Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager.
• Experience with One Identity data model and customization.
• Experience developing and maintaining One Identity connectors.
• Experience with One Identity APIs and integrations.
• Programming experience with VB.NET or a similar language.
• Strong understanding of IAM architecture and software engineering.
• Experience across the full lifecycle: requirements → design → implementation → support.
