Azure AI Security Architect

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced Azure AI Security Architect to lead the security architecture and policy implementation for Azure AI Foundry, ensuring secure-by-design AI adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, AI/ML security, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on securing enterprise AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and implement security architecture for Azure AI Foundry environments.
• Establish AI security governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Design and implement secure AI/LLM (Large Language Model) deployment architectures.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, AI regulations, and organizational security standards.
• Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Zero Trust security principles.
• Conduct security risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analysis for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and compliance teams to integrate security throughout the AI development lifecycle.
• Develop and enforce security controls to protect AI platforms, data, and models.
• Provide security guidance for AI adoption initiatives and cloud-based AI services.
• Stay current with evolving AI security threats, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
• Strong expertise in Azure Security and cloud security architecture
• Hands-on experience securing AI/ML platforms and applications
• Experience with AI/LLM security and secure deployment practices
• Strong knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and Zero Trust
• Expertise in GDPR, AI governance, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with risk assessment and threat modeling
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft AI services
• Microsoft Azure Security certifications
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI security frameworks
