Build data solutions that matter. Grow your expertise. Find your people.
Are you a Data Engineer who enjoys turning complex data into reliable, scalable solutions? Do you have experience with Snowflake and dbt, and are you curious about modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Databricks?
Then you might be a great fit for our team!
We're looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing consultancy community and work on challenging, long-term projects with our current clients across Antwerp, Brussels, East Flanders and West Flanders.
You'll get the opportunity to work with modern data technologies, solve real business challenges and keep developing your technical skills - while being part of a team that invests in you, your ambitions and your well-being.
Design, build and optimise data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
Develop scalable data transformation workflows using SQL, Snowflake and dbt.
Work with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake and Databricks, depending on the project.
Contribute to the development of robust, maintainable and high-quality data solutions.
Monitor data quality, performance and reliability, ensuring that data is accurate and accessible.
Collaborate with fellow Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Take ownership of your work, share your expertise and continuously explore new tools and technologies.
Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to broaden your technical knowledge and discover where you want to take your career next.
2-3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role.
Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data modelling and data engineering principles.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt, or a strong background in modern data platforms and data transformation tools.
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms, preferably within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks is a strong plus.
Experience with Python is an advantage.
A curious mindset, strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to work independently while enjoying collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Fluent in Dutch is a MUST. English and / or French are a plus.
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, depending on the project, in the Antwerp, Brussels, East Flanders or West Flanders region.
Not every technology on the list needs to be part of your toolkit already. We value strong fundamentals, a willingness to learn and the ambition to grow into new technologies.
You're never just placed at a client. And that's it.
Joining a consultancy shouldn't mean being dropped into a client project and left to figure everything out on your own.
We believe your development matters just as much as the work you deliver.
Here's what you can expect from us:
🤝 A community beyond your project
Our drop-in days bring colleagues together to connect, exchange knowledge, share experiences and enjoy time together outside the day-to-day client environment.
🧭 Personal coaching that moves you forward
You'll have access to personal guidance and regular conversations about your ambitions, challenges and next career steps. Your growth doesn't stop when a project starts.
🚀 Continuous learning and development
Explore new technologies, deepen your expertise and discover new career opportunities through coaching, knowledge sharing and development initiatives.
⚖️ A healthy work-life balance
We believe great work and a fulfilling life should go hand in hand. We aim for a sustainable way of working, with a hybrid setup and projects that fit your professional ambitions and personal life.
🎉 Work hard, connect and have fun
From horse riding and diving to concerts such as Hans Zimmer, our activities are about more than networking. They're about creating shared experiences and building genuine connections with your colleagues.
💡 Projects where you can make a real impact
You'll work on meaningful data challenges where your contribution matters, with the opportunity to take ownership, deliver value and see the results of your work.
If you're passionate about data, excited by modern data platforms and looking for a consultancy where you can grow your skills, make an impact and feel part of a team, we'd love to meet you.
