As one of Microsoft’s most recognized global partners, Quisitive sits at the forefront of cloud transformation, enterprise data strategy, cybersecurity, and the emerging frontier of agentic AI. Here, consultants and technologists operate on the edge of innovation—supported by a culture that values craftsmanship, open collaboration, and technical expertise. If you’re looking for a place where you can innovate, solve complex problems, and build solutions that make a measurable impact, join us.

At Quisitive, our Data Engineers work directly with clients to build data and analytics solutions on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric. You'll be part of project teams that help organizations organize, integrate, and make better use of their data.

This is a hands-on consulting role focused on project delivery. One engagement might involve building data pipelines in Azure Databricks, while the next could focus on implementing Microsoft Fabric, supporting reporting initiatives, or helping a client modernize its data environment. You'll work alongside architects, consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that support real business needs.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and working collaboratively with both teammates and clients.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Develop data pipelines and integration processes using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Fabric, and related technologies.
  • Write and maintain SQL, Python, and PySpark code to support analytics, reporting, and business applications.
  • Work with project teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Contribute to solution design, testing, deployments, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Use Azure DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code tools to support consistent deployments and environment management.
  • Share knowledge with teammates and stay current on Microsoft's data platform.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-8+ years’ experience building data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or PySpark.
  • Understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with source control, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Bicep or Terraform.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Consulting, professional services, or client-facing project experience is a plus.

Why Quisitive

At Quisitive, you'll work on a variety of projects across industries while building your expertise in Microsoft's data platform. You'll collaborate with experienced consultants, architects, and engineers who enjoy sharing knowledge and helping each other succeed.

If you enjoy solving technical challenges, learning new technologies, and working directly with clients, you'll find opportunities to grow your career here.
