  • Support specific activities to improve development processes.
  • Identify deficiencies in development processes and contribute to improvements where appropriate.
  • Apply a modern standards approach and support others in doing so.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to review specifications where necessary.
  • Use agreed specifications to design, code, test and document programs of medium-to-high complexity to the correct OutSystems standards.
  • Help fix faults following agreed procedures.
  • Carry out agreed maintenance tasks on infrastructure.
  • Translate logical designs into physical designs.
  • Design systems characterised by managed levels of risk, manageable business and technical complexity, and meaningful business impact.
  • Work with well-understood technologies and identify appropriate patterns for their use.
  • Build and test simple interfaces between systems.
  • Contribute to more complex integration solutions as part of a wider team.
  • Provide recommendations on the most appropriate tools, methods and approaches to support delivery.
