Main Responsibilities: Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for business clients, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email using approved scripts; Assist clients with platform registration, software installation, verification, fees, payment methods; Collect and review client documentation to ensure full compliance with internal standards, payment regulations, and verification of requirements; Promptly escalate complex tickets and technical problems to specialized internal teams to ensure swift resolution and high client satisfaction; Maintain expert knowledge of the company's products and trading platform to guide prospective or existing clients, while accurately recording all communication data in the database. Requirements: Prior experience in Customer Service or Client Management role will be considered an advantage; Secondary or University education degree is required; Willingness to work on rotating schedule including night shifts; Fluency in English (written and verbal); Analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision; Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
