We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Client Services Director to take ownership of a portfolio of clients from both a commercial and strategic perspective. This is more than traditional client services. You’ll own the P&L, shape integrated B2B campaigns, lead the teams that deliver them and help drive our adoption of automation and AI. What you’ll be doing Own the commercial performance of your client portfolio, including revenue, margin, profitability and forecasting. Build trusted senior client relationships and identify opportunities to retain, grow and expand accounts. Shape B2B marketing strategies and turn them into effective integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, content and automation. Lead campaign delivery from strategy through to optimisation and reporting, ensuring work is on time, on brief and on budget. Use performance data to improve campaigns and clearly demonstrate value to clients. Lead and develop your account and campaign team, maintaining high standards across client delivery. Drive the practical adoption of AI and automation, improving efficiencies and how we operate. Work collaboratively with specialists across UNIFI and the wider ROI Automotive business. What we’re looking for You’ll combine commercial thinking, strong client leadership and B2B marketing expertise, with: Significant experience in a senior leadership role with commercial or P&L accountability, ideally within a marketing agency, B2B services or automotive environment. Strong experience delivering integrated B2B Marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Experience leading and developing account management and campaign teams. The credibility to build relationships with senior stakeholders and confidently challenge thinking when needed. A strong understanding of how to engage B2B decision-makers and what great campaign performance looks like. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Account Engagement, and confidence using data to make decisions. Strong commercial instincts, organisation and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities. You don’t need to personally build every ad, email or automation journey. You do need to understand great B2B marketing well enough to set the direction, ask the right questions and get the best from specialist teams. Why ROI Automotive?
