The AI Adoption is growing, and we’re hiring four sales reps.

We build custom AI tools and automations, train teams and help businesses put AI to work. We already work with businesses across a range of industries.

Your role: call business owners and book qualified meetings. We take those meetings and handle the closing.

You earn on both the meetings and the sales:

• A$100 for every qualified meeting that takes place.
• 20% commission on eligible net sales revenue received.

Earnings examples based on our estimated average sale, including the meeting bonus:

• 1 sale: A$1,700
• 3 sales: A$5,100
• 5 sales: A$8,500
• 10 sales: A$17,000

Bonuses for your other qualified meetings that take place are additional.

You’ll work directly with the founders, with scripts, training and coaching on your calls.

We’re looking for people to build with over the long term. As your results and responsibilities grow, there’s room to develop your compensation package, become a manager, support new recruits and potentially lead the sales team.

The role is fully remote, ideally with 20 hours available per week to start, during the business hours of the companies you’re calling.

Depending on your results, there may be opportunities to increase your involvement, travel with us and contribute to our other ventures.

This is for you if:

• You’ve had cold calling training or sales experience, and you’re comfortable speaking with business owners.
• You have a hunter’s mindset: you go after new business every day and don’t wait for it to come to you.
• You bring ideas to the table and you’re willing to test them.
• You take ownership of your results and follow through.
• You take feedback well and say plainly what works and what doesn’t.
• You learn from rejection, adjust your approach and know when to move on.
• You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious about how businesses work and how technology can help them.
