Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a B2B Cold Calling Specialist at SalesMake in Skopje, with flexibility for some remote work. The Cold Calling Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, engaging in sales calls, and setting appointments with key decision-makers to fill the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Cold calling, sales prospecting, and appointment setting skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or cold calling
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A positive and resilient attitude in a target-driven environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
