Sales Development Representative

Injini Consulting is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, driven SDR to join our team in Skopje. We run outbound sales campaigns for clients across North America and Europe, and we need someone who thrives on the phone and knows how to turn a cold call into a real conversation.

What matters most:

• Fluent English (C2 proficiency). You'll be speaking daily with prospects across the US and Canada, so your spoken English needs to be natural, confident, and easy to understand on a call.
• Proven cold calling track record. We care less about years in "sales" and more about actual cold calling results - call volume, objection handling, and meetings booked. If you've spent your time on cold calls, know how to open strong, handle pushback on the fly, and book a meeting without leaning on a script, that matters far more to us than a number of years.
