B2B Customer Support Specialist

Our partner, the leading American multinational IT company, is looking for a B2B Customer Support Specialist / Catalog Manager to join their team!

Note:

We offer an initial contract of two years through Prohuman with the possibility of extension/conversion. We are looking for someone who can dedicate 8 hours/day (09:00 – 18:00, one hour lunch break, hybrid (2 days from the office, 3 days WFH)), from Monday to Friday, communicates efficiently and has at least 3 years of experience within the customer support field in a multinational organization. German language represents an advantage. Seniority and remuneration: mid level.

Responsibilities:

• Our team is organized by market coverage (e.g., EMEA region, SEMA, global);
• We operate in a B2B environment and manage the full process after the contract signature until the placement of the first order (portal creation, configuration of the platforms, prices etc.);
• The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Account Management, and Order Management, to ensure a seamless client experience;
• Once a B2B client has been successfully onboarded, you will be responsible for managing incoming requests directly from the client and maintaining regular, professional communication;
• Daily activities are carried out through email, Microsoft Teams, and a ticketing system.

• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent time management;
• Problems identification and strategic thinking; solution oriented;
• Bachelor degree or in course of obtaining;
• Fluency in English. German represents an advantage.
