We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join their remote team. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving their marketing initiatives, building partnerships, nurturing leads, and expanding their client base. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain partnerships with agencies, course creators, and affiliates to generate new leads and business opportunities. Nurture leads and existing clients through effective communication, relationship-building, and strategic follow-ups. Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to increase brand visibility and drive engagement. Utilize your copywriting and graphic design skills to create compelling sales presentations, flyers, promotional offers, and other marketing collateral. Take ownership of marketing operations and systems, identifying areas for improvement and rolling out task management systems to streamline processes. Exhibit a proactive and energetic approach to projects, demonstrating a strong sense of initiative and following through to see them to completion. Utilize your expertise in e-commerce marketing within a B2B agency to bring new ideas and strategies to the team. Requirements: Proven 2 years experience in marketing operations in an e-commerce B2B agency. Ability to think outside the box and generate ideas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders. Proficient in creating and implementing effective social media strategies across multiple platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage projects and deliver results. Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for taking initiatives and seeing projects through to completion.
