Responsibilities: Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution, managing campaigns that promote Ajax products within the framework of the Regional Business Plan. Drive B2B marketing activities: promotions, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, certification courses, case studies, presentations, trade marketing activities, professional media publications, motivation programs, etc. Report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments to increase efficiency. Develop and update marketing materials; contribute to the creation of partner development tools by presenting regional market needs and features. Monitor the implementation of marketing policies in the distribution channel, ensuring delivery of all existing marketing materials and tools (created by Ajax HQ) to business partners. Conduct deep analysis of partners’ businesses and local market insights to generate ideas for growing Ajax’s share and sales with each partner. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales managers on the partner side to strengthen Ajax’s presence and sales. Ensure effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Gather regional product feedback and needs, sharing information with the R&D team. Manage marketing budgets and oversee the project approval process. Hold regular meetings with partners and maintain close alignment with the sales team.
