B2B Sales Executive – Cybersecurity as a Service (CSaaS)

The company supports government agencies and large enterprises, including over 30% of the Fortune 500, handling billions of calls, messages, and emails.

We are hiring WFH Outbound Sales Executives to support our Cyber Security program. This is a high-intensity cold-call sales role focused on prospecting and engaging potential B2B customers, presenting cybersecurity subscription solutions, overcoming objections, and closing enrollments. Because cold calling is one of the most challenging forms of sales, candidates must be highly persuasive, resilient, comfortable initiating conversations with prospects who have not requested contact, and able to create interest from the start of the call.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects, including small and mid-sized businesses, IT managers, business owners, and other decision-makers.
• Create interest and build rapport quickly with prospects who may not be expecting the call.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
• Handle objections confidently and effectively.
• Drive conversations toward closing and enrollment.
• Meet individual sales and enrollment targets.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity.

Ideal Candidate

• Native or near-native English proficiency is required. English communication must be exceptionally strong, with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S.-based business prospects.
• Previous cold-call / hard-sales experience required.
• B2B sales experience is a must-have.
• Strong closing, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Highly resilient and comfortable with rejection and high-volume outbound calling.
• Results-driven and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Must have the appropriate equipment and reliable internet connection to work from home.

Compensation | Benefits

• Base Pay: RD$290/hour (Training & Production)
• Commission: RD$2,000 per enrollment. (uncapped)
• Hiring bonus: US$500 (deposited within the first 90 days of employment life-cycle)
• ISR: 100% Covered by the company.
• WFH: 100% remote
