Back Office Coordinator and be at the forefront of driving successful project outcomes through expert contract administration and stakeholder collaboration!
What will you do?
- Analyze project financial data and support reporting on cash flow, payables, receivables, and retention.
- Process invoices, track payments, and assist with customer billing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to maintain accurate project financial records.
- Support month-end close and ongoing financial planning activities.
- Maintain compliance with quality processes, safety regulations, and reporting requirements throughout project lifecycles
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education/Certification Desired Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field (Required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with financial data and reporting.
- Proficient Excel skills including pivot tables, data analysis, VLOOKUPs, and financial reporting templates.
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with project managers and senior leaders.
- Previous internship, co-op, or professional experience in finance, accounting, AP/AR, or financial operations is preferred.
- Advanced English is a MUST.

- Location: Querétaro, Mexico (Remote currently; expected to transition to a hybrid model in the future).
- This position is intended to support our future Querétaro operations. The role will initially be remote and is expected to transition to a hybrid work model once the Querétaro office is established. Candidates based in Querétaro are preferred; however, applicants from other locations in Mexico will also be considered.
