Backend Developer

This is a remote position.

Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Back-End Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing scalable server-side applications, robust APIs, and advanced database architecture.

Payment Structure: Full-time salary – The Back-End Developer will be compensated with a competitive fixed salary aligned with industry standards and experience level for work completed on both FyerX's internal technology infrastructure and external client platforms.

Advantage: Prior experience working with tech firms, marketing agencies, or enterprise platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and managing distributed backend systems.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable server-side logic and database structures for FyerX's internal operations and diverse client tech transformations.
  

• Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to ensure seamless, secure communication between front-end interfaces and external third-party services.
  

• Manage, data-model, and optimize both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for maximum throughput, low latency, and reliability.
  

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, refine workflows, and align backend architecture with commercial goals.
  

• Implement strict security protocols, oversee data protection measures, manage CI/CD deployment pipelines, and conduct regular performance tuning to guarantee application stability.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional back-end development experience with a proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining secure, high-load server-side systems.
  

• Advanced proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages (such as Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP) and their corresponding frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Spring Boot).
  

• Deep understanding of database architecture, schema design, data modeling, and advanced query optimization across SQL and NoSQL environments.
  

• Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), server management, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  

• Strategic problem-solving expertise with an uncompromising focus on writing clean, modular, scalable, and comprehensively documented code.
  

• Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills; ability to handle multiple backend projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with remote tech and marketing teams.
