We are looking for a motivated Junior Backend Engineer with experience in Golang or Python and a strong foundation in Computer Engineering or related fields . You’ll work on software development projects alongside international teams, gaining hands-on experience with real-world systems and helping support scalable applications. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who’s passionate about clean code, eager to learn, with a great English level, and solid communication skills. Requirements: At least 1 year of Software Development experience , preferably with Golang or Python Familiarity with Golang or Python in web development environments Formal hands-on experience as a Software Developer in at least one real project Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field Understanding of coding best practices, such as SOLID, TDD, etc Strong soft skills like communication, autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability Strong English communication skills - Minimum high B2, C1 is preferred Send your application and CV in English (mandatory) Based in Ecuador Nice to have: Experience or knowledge of AWS and its core services.
